Overview

The ZTRFM-GR3 three-wave thrie beam guardrail roll forming machine is a heavy-duty line for higher-impact barrier profiles used on bridges, medians and expressway sections. It runs 16 forming stations on 95 mm shafts with a 30 kW Siemens motor, forming three-wave thrie beam panels at up to 25 m/min.

The 400 H steel frame and gearbox transmission handle thick strip reliably. Automatic PLC control sets batch, length and quantity, and the Cr12 quenched cutter (HRC60-62) delivers clean cuts. A hydraulic automatic decoiler is included, with a manual decoiler supplied free.
