What is a roll forming machine?
A roll forming machine is a production line that continuously shapes metal coil into fixed cross-section profiles. Strip steel passes through a series of forming rollers, each progressively bending the material, until the finished profile (roof sheet, purlin, channel, deck and more) is cut to length. It is the most efficient way to produce long, consistent metal profiles in volume.
What products can a roll forming machine produce?
Roll forming lines produce roofing and wall panels, corrugated sheets, glazed tiles, C/Z/hat/omega purlins, stud and track framing, solar mounting channels, cable trays, floor decking, guardrail, shutter doors, storage racks and many custom profiles. ZTRFM builds lines for all of these categories.
What materials can the machine process?
Most ZTRFM lines process PPGI, PPGL, GI and GL steel coil, plus galvanized and cold-rolled carbon steel depending on the configuration. Material width and thickness range follow the profile you need to produce.
Can the machine be customized for my profile?
Yes. Every line is built around your profile drawing — roller sets, punching programs, line speed, cutting length and auxiliary equipment (decoiler, stacker, embossing) are configured to your production plan. OEM/ODM service is available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 1 set. Each machine is manufactured to order and tested before shipment, with a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection provided.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the machine configuration and your production schedule. Send us your profile drawing and requirements — we will confirm the production lead time with your quotation.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Installation guidance, operator training and after-sales technical support are included with every line, and our engineers support commissioning remotely or on site depending on the project.
Do you export worldwide?
Yes. ZTRFM machines are exported to 143+ countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Oceania, with O/A and L/C payment terms accepted for qualified buyers.
