Two Wave W Beam Guardrail Roll Forming Machine
Overview
The ZTRFM-GR2 two-wave W beam guardrail roll forming machine produces standard highway W beam barrier panels from 2.5-4.0 mm steel coil. With 15 forming stations, 22 kW x 2 drive power and 15-20 m/min forming speed, it is a production-tested line for road safety barrier manufacturers and contractors.
In-line hydraulic punching forms bolt slots and fixing holes before cutting, and the Siemens PLC system controls panel length (4320 mm +/- 2 mm), batch and quantity presets. Every machine ships with a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection.
