Galvanized and pre-painted steel coil from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm is typical for drywall and ceiling profiles. If you plan a different gauge range, tell us so we can adjust the forming stations and drive.

Can one machine replace manual bending?

Yes. Replacing manual profile bending with a roll forming line removes the most labour-intensive step and gives consistent dimensions. Most customers recover the investment through labour saving within the first year at two-shift operation.
