What is the production speed?

Rated forming speed depends on the profile and material thickness. Typical roofing lines in this class run between 15 and 40 m/min for light profiles; we state the tested speed for your configuration in the quotation, based on a real test run with your coil.

How is the machine tested before shipping?

We run a full production test with your coil width and gauge, cut sample sheets, and record the profiles and lengths. You receive test photos and video before shipment.

What coil width and gauge can this line process?

The machine is set up around your coil program during production planning. Tell us your strip width (typically 600-1250 mm) and gauge range (usually 0.25-0.8 mm for light profiles, up to 1.0 mm for heavier sections) and we match the roller stations, motor power and cutting capacity to those values.

Can the machine cut different sheet lengths automatically?

Yes. The PLC stores multiple length presets and the cutting system works at line speed. Operators select the programmed length, and the counter stops the line automatically after the set number of sheets.
